To design and build a company as ESG benchmark for the entire industry is what excited me about my Executive, then Director role. Tracking all materials along the entire value chain, from mine to chemical product to battery for electric cars. Based on and excelling against relevant external guidance, regulations and frameworks (i.e. IRMA). And with a brand I created that attracts premium partners and diverse talent - which the former mining positioning could not. I brought on and led a new team for Business Strategy, Marketing, PR and the ESG & Circular Economy practice. Rock Tech was invested in by Peter Thiel and is stock-listed.
