Scope

Quarters

The majority shareholder tasked me to consult on a new direction for Quarters, the biggest global co-living provider. The company had come under pressure, and was now hit by Covid19. I helped shepherd the team through furloughs, layoffs and major changes in leadership. We closed down the unprofitable business in the US and sold the profitable EU entity with a new positioning to Habyt.

I steered the Tech team and People&Culture most closely, and took over Strategy & Customer Experience. Also reporting to me where the teams for Architecture & Design, Brand and Marketing.
